Raisins

The shriveled yellow, brown, or purple morsels known as raisins are actually grapes that have been dried in the sun or in a food dehydrator. Raisins are rich in iron and can promote the production of red blood cells, which reduce the risk of anaemia. Various types of raisins are - Blackcurrant, Sultana, Golden Raisins.

Raisins are rich in fibre, which means that they can aid and enhance your digestion. On top of that, fibres promote heart health by reducing the levels of bad cholesterol in your body. Raisins are commonly used: as a salad topping, mixed into oatmeal, in yogurt, in granola or cereal, etc.
